Don't think so. You can only do what you can do in any other normal config file. Changing sourcemod settings like that cant be done with console commands as far as i know.

Indeed, and you can do this by changing the "mapcyclefile" cvar to another mapcycle file.

I have my server region set to sv_region "0" and I am getting daily config change overs several hours too early even with the time difference between central time and eastern time.

The server changed 4 hours early, any idea's.

I am in central timezone , server is set sv_region "1". Server is physically in Central "chicago". What am I missing, it should have changed at 11pm my time,

The plugin doesn't use any of valve's cvars such as sv_region. It only uses the server's clock (that is, the actual server machine) so that one is probably set incorrect.

Incase you have no access to change the servertime, or there is a reason for keeping the servertime different, use version 1.2 of this plugin:

I just added a cvar and command to the plugin that allows you to effectively change the timezone. If it's 4 hours early like you say, sm_dailyconfig_offset "-4" should do the trick.

Sorry for the late reply, i guess i missed your reply before.

Anyway, what you're asking already exists as "servercfgfile" cvar. Just use

"rcon servercfgfile tournament.cfg" or "sm_cvar servercfgfile tournament.cfg"

or something similar and it'll have the same result.

TYVM , did the trick

I managed to be able to change the MOTD with a server.cfg CVAR also.

You're probably refering to the "motdfile" cvar. if you are, beware. This is a very tricky cvar. You can change the motdfile cvar, but the actual motd that is shown to ppl connecting gets cached. which means, the motdfile cvar is only read when the map loads. the content from this file gets cached somewhere, and whatever you do to the motd.txt (or whatever) file, or the motdfile cvar, has no effect until the map changes again.
