Some plugins have their plugin tag hard-coded into the plugin, and for those, you will need to adjust the tag in each individual plugin and compile your customized version of plugin to get the the tag changed...

It's not actually recommended to use the method that this plugin uses, as you could just edit the plugin that has the message to your liking and recompile
