Its already there sadly.

Remove sv_lan from any configs and make it -sv_lan 1 in cmd line

-sv_lan 1 doesn't works as it auth the server as an internet server, +sv_lan 1 start the server as a lan server (see previous post) but nothing better in the server browser :/
