This will completely disable Rcon function just what you're gonna do is install it, and put in server.cfg: rcon_password "YourRCONPassword_DontPutItEmpty" and when someone writes rcon <command> in his console, he will get no reply, and it is like your server doesn't have Rcon feature at all

Stop giving out useless advice. All he and you need to do is UPDATE your dam server, this has been said about 1000 times now.

ban all of those who claiming that updating to steampipe may cause errors or amxx has bugs, i got and tested both exploits, they won't work on steampipe since it has been fixed.
