Guys, this is a forum of high-leveled scripters... stil some people think REALLY low-leveled, like "ban him" or "change pw", agian, he's a hacker and he's a high leveled scripter, so stop trying to be smart by saying "ban him" and consider that I obviously tried doing that, and start thinking big.

@AgManiX - thanks, ill try compiling your code and set it as a plugin AMXX in my server, hope it works.
BY THE WAY, I don't get it AgManiX, I tried going in my server and type like you said: setinfo rate 21123, how can i continue from there and abuse that hole by being an admin and doing server restarts?? (I removed my AMXX Admin in order to check that hole you are talking about)

Is your admin list being deleted or modified? or is he just using RCON?

Also you should add your rcon pass to your start up command line just in-case he is using the upload/download exploit

u can protect ur rcon with rcon defesnser
this plugin requires module "Orhpeu"
1) change u'r rcon for this: rcon_password ""
2) install orpheu, file SV_Rcon_Validate must be in directory ..\addons\amxmodx\configs\orpheu\functions
3) open rcon defencer's sma and find string #define RCON_PASSWORD ""
4) encrypt ur rcon in MD5(online cryptors: http://www.md5.cz/ http://md5x.ru/ http://md5list.ru/) and type generated rcon MD5 hashsum in #define RCON_PASSWORD "Here_must_be_ur_rcon_MD5_hashsum" then compile plugin and put it in plugins, add it in confings/plugins.ini

are only working if server owner has installed the CSFile's AntyCheat(one of two versions which exist)

Indeed, people should know that using a plugin which you don't have the source of is a risky thing. Stuff like this happens when you do that.

I even never use a plugin that i haven't compiled myself.

for some reason neither of those ways to protect the server`s rcon did not work if u could suggest other ideas we will be greatfull.

I did everything what AgManiX said and it didn't help, he's still hacking and using rcon to restart, kick and ban ppl....
