Hi this is my new boss!

Major credits to "Epicman" for rigging the model to be used in FF2
Roller Mobster for the model/port

Boss Name - Senator Steven Armstrong

Weapons: Fists
Abilites: Weighdown and Brave-Jump

Known Bugs:

-The Russian Taunt is messed up (His teeth clip out), I need help

It's just that one animation and that doesn't apear in game.

EpicMan worked 4 hours on the model give him some slack.

It's actually pretty normal for models to wig out in their reference pose, but are then fine in game. Some models I've derived from have reference poses that would twist their legs or would be located 1000 HU away from the current location on all axes. A lot of models lie on their back in civilian mode.

(and yeah, creating a quicky animation for proper ref pose should fix it, but it's not exactly a fatal error)

You need to export the reference frame with complete bone hierarchy with your exporter.. Export the SEQUENCE it only has to be one frame. This should be a small file.. Or just use the same one for ther class valve does as bones should be the same. Exporting the model reference mesh and bones can cause this weird behavior.

Also, you should try removing phong and lightwarp because it looks really shiny
