As requested by the BBG community, the following changes have been made to Cyclone Tails
- Has a slower fire rate
- Rapidly regins ammo for flare, instead of only having 200 shots

Should be more balanced.

Bread Spy:
I want to like this hale, oh, I really do. I actually took a shot at making a bread spy hale a while ago with a model I found, but it failed due to troubles with it t-posing constantly. The model itself I love because of how stupid yet brilliant idea it is...
However, the model will not save it any review points. This hale suffers from a massive sin, the sin known as a Teleport Rage Overlay hale. There has never been a good hale done like this, and there never will be if things keep going this way.

What is wrong about Rage Overlay teleport hales? Well, generally they're slow to 'balance' it out. This makes it boring to fight for both red and blue, and leads to nothing but teleport and rage spam. However, if they're not slow, it turns into just op for red team, as well as teleport and rage spam, and no body like that. Please, do the community a favor and NEVER make an overlay hale ever again.
