When switching from spec to T i cant spawn! some one help

When i do !replay and watch and after that wanna go to t to play again i gotta type !restart but i want it do be like its automatiiicc and i gotta fix RTV nominate and also fix how to change HUD on INFLUX timer! If u can help me with anything just contact me on discord or answer here! i would appprciiate help! the most important is the thing that i should respawn when dying!

NOTE i run a bhop server so not a mg! ; ) THX
