You can't add just for weapons. You can add all weapons, miscs, hats and other items. If you ant to add just for all weapons it looks like a fu*k lot of work.

Likely hood of a valve representative playing my server/servers? = 0

i WOULD really love somebody to put together the code for flame weapons on all Primary for "o" flag

It's a moot point. If you do it, other servers will do it. Eventually, someone will have the bright idea of selling hats with particle effects for use on their servers, then Valve will have a fit about it and kill the method used to do it.

This has happened before.

So, it's more of a "don't ruin it for the rest of us" thing.
