ODBC is an entirely other interface for connecting to a database server, it allows the programmer to not have to worry about compability between different kinds of database software. I have no idea why this is popping up here.

Can I ask you to create a PHP file containing the following, then post what is found next to "Configure Command"?

Another culprit could be the include_path, but then again, your error listing does not make any mention of failing to include files.

Unicode is supported currently.

Try deleting your record from the database and let it get re-added.

It seems its broken a few thingas infact.

n1g-tf2-stats.smx should be deleted.

Only TF2_Stats.smx is needed.
