When I change map with amx the freeze time changes to 15 seconds instead of 0 how i set it in the server.cfg. Why does it do dat?

Does your server.cfg exec every map? Make sure you have:
mapchangecfgfile server.cfg
in your server.cfg or amxx.cfg
If that doesn't fix it, check if you have any specific plugins that do this.

He's saying it chnages his freezetime from his 0 to 15. so he needs mine and Boom!'s command in his config. IF he doesn't have freezetime he needs that as well, either way he needs mapchangecfgfile server.cfg

In amxx.cfg or server.cfg, it's your choice. Just make sure if you add it to server.cfg you exec it after adding it. (amx_rcon exec server.cfg)
