I have installed AMXX and Metamod, and not sure if AMXX its being loaded. How can I tell if it is being loaded? I run server in console mode.

Should there be a plugins.ini file here?

Yes, make a file called plugins.ini in metamod

Well you could have made it yourself, but here I made one for you, just enable whatever version of AMXX you have.
