I've testet it now with a 2 Slot Server and with 2 REAL Players without any admin access. (me had admin access of course)
I tried to join threw console and it don't work.
There is a problem 100%. Hopefully this will be fixed some time

(i am very sure i've set up all correct. The extension and plugin working without any error messages!)

That's very helpful, ive been running servers on nix for 5 years and il be damned if i'm moving to MSfail for a plugin that doesn't work correctly, Either the author fixes this for nix/tf2 or have it marked as not working properly for nix/tf2 on the first page.
I am having one last attempt with a fresh install of tf2/sm1.1 & cbase
here's hoping!

I think it's not a problem of linux servers as it works fine with a ZPS linux server so I guess it's maybe a TF2 problem.
