Will it kick those with "fake" latency? Very low cmd rate will make latency in the scoreboard display incorrectly dispite sv_mincmdrate.

Another question/clarification need is about the relation latency and ping, according some sites (google search) latency should be larger than ping due to ingame+server delay added to the actual network delay. Players have ping over 100 but latency below threashold (85) and not extream like the scoreboard bug and they seem to stay clear of the plugin. Yes I am aware there is no API to get ping hence the clarification needed or I would like to request for such function if the above statment is wrong.

I may be making some changes to the code on the request of our CSS admin to grab those that are using a "fake" latency and other issues.

At this time, to compute ping, it takes tickrate, cl_cmdrate, and their AvgLatency latency into affect, and they seem pretty close. If their cl_cmdrate is off, then it will use their actual cmdrate and compute the correct ping even if the scoreboard is off.

It will not check players who are currently connecting or are not on a team.

Does this mean it will be no good for HL2DM which is a non-team game?
