Hello,

This is my first plugin (exept the amxx rebuild's of the old amx plugins), and its pretty easy

When you say somehting like 'website' or '!website', a msg will be displayed on everybody's screen.

It's version 1.0, I'm running it on all my servers (robowars), and it works great

Why not just do a show_motd? Also this uses hardcoded URLs... you should use cvars or something.
