So am I if possiable. A simple plugin to disable all parts of hud for all players in the server with one quick cvar would be awesome.

I did, but I don't know what hes doin he never answers me. And its been quite some time since I bumped this request but I'm still very much interested in it.

I used that plugin I wrote for you about 2 weeks ago when I was working on something else. Worked fine for me (and was nice that I had already written it to save myself the trouble of doing it again) so im not sure if your doing something wrong or if CSS is different. Im inclined to go with your doing something wrong.

Well even if that plugin does work its not doing what I would want it to do which is force disable client hud elements on connect.

And If I'm doing something wrong could tell me exactly what you did so I can try it?

I'm fairly certain I'm not doing something wrong I have tried everything I can think of and have also had a few other people try it.

Just cause it works for you in tf2 doesn't mean It will work for me in css, I really need this plugin to work with css. Is there perhaps a way it could be done using a hack extension? Or are there any other things you could possibly try or look at to see why it would work for tf2 and not css.
