My plugin works, but none of the commands or races or anything work! What the heck???

Couple of questions, do I need any other mods of WC installed? For example WC:FT and then the Expansion? Also when I simply just try to install it in my server (with not WC:FT installed, just wc3x installed) I will try to change the map to load WC3x but the server crashes and won't reload anymore until I comment wc3x in my plugins.ini file. Is there any compalibility issues with WC3x+Hook? My plugins:

I cant run this on my server for some reason. When i add it, i can play for about 5 mins then it crashes giving me the message "windows has encountered a problem with HLDS and needs to shutdown" (its common)
The other Wc3 mods work fine. here is my plugins.ini

its either a mod im running thats causing the problem or HLDS cant handle the plugins [uaio and all warcraft mods are huge], or the mod.
