Hapened to me on linux, I've fixed it by:
sm exts unload left4downtown
sm exts load left4downtown

Did you restarted the server? (not just changed a map)

Unloading and loading it still gives the same error. And yeah I've tried restarting the server and that's not fixing it.

Use the .so attached directly to the post you got the new zip from, not the .so that's inside the zip.

Can someone help me?My server crashes the moment anyone joins the server,and this ext is the apparent cause of it.
