The issue you are having I have seen when you turn on tourny mode under arena. Try putting people on a team through the admin menu if you can and see if that stops it once two people are on teams.
Other PropHunt servers have the arena style "join game / spectate" screen. Mine does not. mp_tournament is also at 0. My other arena server is working fine (same config) so I have no idea what's going on.

Weird. Mine has the ability to pick teams.
As far as the countdown ending what I am saying is it sounds like no one is really on a team. Maybe I am wrong.

We've had 2, 4, etc people on each team yet the same issue keeps occuring. "Mission ends in 10 seconds" whenever we join.

Unfortunately, it doesn't compile, and the pre-compiled SMX you have there is still 1.74..

Edit: no it's not. It is 1.75, just needed to restart the server to see the new version. Apologies.

Prophunt says that at the START of every mission. It's a feature, not a bug. there's no other pre-supplied '10 second warning' audio file to use.

What other plugins are you running?
sm plugins in console will make a nice easy list of whats running.

For better results & no problems running a PropHunt server, use a semi empty config_arena.cfg, for example i'll post my cfg.
