Need Help With Particle Downloading For Clients.

Hello Everyone,

I ran into a big problem, I'm trying to install auras for VIP and particles for the shop, and for some reason, clients can't download particles it says Error Downloading file xxxx.pcf, I'm also using SM Downloader everything is correct in downloader.ini and also uploading in fast dl. Is there any way I can fix this problem? Or can I force clients to download PCF( particle) files differently?. Also, I noticed that some downloaded materials are getting bugged and it's all black for clients.

Any help would be highly appreshiated.

You should mention the game, because custom particles works differently in L4D/TF2/CSGO

You should click those links, and see that you cannot access that web server with any browser, port 80/8080 is closed.
