Its very cool to stop every1 at my server but it can be used once in a map?

marduk_cooldown 200 - his power's cooldown, in seconds (it does NOT reset on newround)

Change the 200 to something else, like 10 for 10 seconds, 60 for 60 seconds, etc.

out of curiosity wouldn't a better way to code this now using fakemeta, be to use FM_CmdStart? i.e.

response to vittu: true but used in conjunction with shstun all the movement, fire, and shbind keys would be blocked so it should be good enough for what the hero does.
