This is because of dproto. Tested myself 100% sure.
Seems like Valve modified a dll file which will cause that error for non-steamers but he didn't change the version since hackers will get notified.

not dproto was the only problem, i remember i have got those errors when dproto was removed
the only fix for this problem
just delete the whole server and make new one by steamCMD

I don't have dproto.
2- my server updated.
3- I'm araiban like you, some one is attacking my server so sometimes my zombie + classic down for same reason in same time

But AutoMix one still working so it's not error by me
