Help with the AMX SUPER menu

It written on the main topic that this new AMX SUPER has a menu.

Now here is my question:

How can I open this menu?????

Sorry if you see it strange.It is because I'd like to use it and I tried to find the command but I didn't find it.

Please give me the command.

The thread was updated, i thought the menu was incorporated into the zip, but it wasnt. It is now in their, and a link to the Menu also.
