Amx admins not working right

I'm having problems with admin function on CS 1.6 mod.When i connect with the admin user,it does not makes me admin on connect,i have to give "amx_reloadadmins" from console to make me admin.Then it all works normal,but i have to do this every time i connect or another admin player connects. I'm running Linux(OpenSUSE 11) and latest versions of amxmodx and metamod.
