Ok shit it wasnt so difficult, is not my day. Now I have the compiled file in the "Compiled Folder", What should I do now?

I dont know whats happening now, I Started the server and any plugin works, no Multi-Jump, no Bunnyhop.... whats wrong? :S

Thats not all... now I choose "new game" to create the server and Cs 1.6 Quits itself to windows... all of this after compilating

I'm testing in CSDM

The cevar configured as follows
