Found bug in translation

i dont know if it too late to change the way translation file work but i found a bug in the way you do it.

If in a single file you put french and russian you will end with a corupt file.. french need to be save as ansi and russian in unicode....

you should do in the translation folder one folder for "en" one for "fr" one for "de" .... and each file would be save in is corect code.

test as been made with killstats translation file

Save the file in UTF-8.
