Try unload both MMS and SM (just move ...addons/metamod.vdf file to different path) and reboot server
Would it still crash server ?

This problem seems to have been displayed by others as well, I didn't see a fix in the thread(s) so be patient and I'll look more when I get home from work.

Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem
