I havent been able to get ff2 working in my server....

Here's a couple of possible fixes, courtesy of naydef. Please tell me how it goes.
* Delay playing the BGM for a frame to avoid possible race conditions (might fix the random BGM pauses)
* Fix an issue with the German translation (specifically, ff2_alive)
* Fix an exploit where bosses could suicide even if ff2_boss_suicide was 0

I still need to investigate the minions bug.

custom versions of ff2 and regular versions of ff2 have the bug (no crits and hud)

Have a bug in 1.10.14 version

- Not selecting random players single it is always the first selected player selecting bosses

- Boss super jump is not forwardly

Yay, I haven't tried it yet but that BGM pausing randomly was a long time bug!
