TF2 - Server Stuck at map Dustbowl

Hey there, i have a dedicated server of TF2 and have sourcemod with all the plugins came with (metasource and bla bla) and when i put the sourcemod i dont know why the server will stuck in dustbowl ...

Can someone help me plz ?

Btw i would like to add a way to put the server upload custom maps because of the events that we do in the server (i dont know how to do it, all i know is to do in FTP to our server)

So the timer hits zero and nothing happens?

Nop the server goes right BUT ! when it change the map, the server Freeze and go to first map again, that is dustbowl
