yeah something like nademodes... but actually i would like a sensor on levels to tell me how close do i get to the enemy

Search for Nademodes plugin and set its config correctly.
Install plugin
enter to your server
amxmodmenu => last page

No, it was something that you could buy on shop, i think name of item was spy and when you get close you heard song and see something about proximity

I dont know if u guys remember the game Alien where the player wakes up as a marine and his ship is invaded with aliens... And every time an alien gets close there is a sensor that does a sound more and more heavy as closer as the alien gets to him...

Hum for it, you need check positions of both players everytime and calculate play sound speed changing by distance. Well its sounds good but iam not interested at moment, sorry x)
Btw if someone interested to do, i think using sound of bomb isnt bad idea since it have long and quick sounds
