Plugin Description:	Plays the boomheadshot sound file to snipers & there victim when they get a headshot.

Simply plays a sound to snipers whenever they get headshot, It should play to the victim to, but i havent tested if that works.

Place the sound file in the sound/ folder, load the plugin and headshot away!

Edit: Attempted to clean code to get approved
