custom.hpk problem

I have permisions for custom.hpk set as 666,when the custom.hpk get near 200kb it crashes the server,it reSTARTS.
I tried file_remover,it doesn't delete the custom.hpk after the map change.
I tried sv_allowupload 0 and hpk_maxsize 0.1 and does the same,crashes my server after a few maps.

Anyone knows how to solve the problem?

hpk_maxsize 0.5, see if it works.

Man,don't tell me bullshits..please,the server is full I don't want it to crash for a setting,just tell me TESTED things.
