Does anyone know how to add HUD meters for players when a fake item is equipped?
For example, if a fake cleaver is given to a scout the 'cleaver' recharge time is not shown. How can I make it appear?
I incorrectly assumed it would be something like this:

SetEntPropFloat(weapon, Prop_Send, "m_flEffectBarRegenTime", GetGameTime() + 15.0);
But unfortunately that doesn't add the HUD meter.
Any ideas how I can add the HUD meter?
