My friend connected to my LAN using Radmin VPN, but when he tried to connect to my server, the "loading" bar just fills up imediatelly and he goes back to the main menu.
I even tried to port forward, he tried to connect using the public ip (I have sv_lan set to 0), tried to connect to the GOTV just to test, but everything just fills up.
The problem isn't he, because if he connect to any other server, he can, and the problem isn't Radmin because he can connect to other games in my PC (e.g Minecraft)

A couple of simple things...
What is your setting for sv_pure?
have you tried sv_pure 0
Is your server updated?
Have your friend, after he tries to connect and goes back to his main menu, open the console and look at the messages for a clue.
try upgrade your server with steamCMD and use also validate parameter:
app_update 740 validate
Start your server with default CSGO map, ex. de_dust2
You could try start server without VAC, with parameter -insecure, does it change anything ?
If problem still happen, to make sure it is not any addon or plugin:
move ...addons/metamod.vdf file out from addons -folder, reboot server and try again.
If your using VPN to have a remote client connect to the LAN server as if they were physicially connected right there on your LAN
THEN
they have to connect using your servers LAN IP not your servers WAN IP.
This is a WAN IP and it will never connect on the VPN/LAN.

For many routers the default LAN IPs start with 192.168.0.
Also are your sure the VPN is working as expected?
Once connected with VPN can they ping your gateway or the server or other PCs on the LAN?
Have them try pinging the servers LAN IP.
Also,
after connecting with the VPN what do you see on the remote PC in the CSGO server browser LAN games ?
See anything there? If you see your LAN server 2x click it and it should connect.
Radmin VPN don't connect the user directly to the "server" LAN.
Actually it connects to your LAN, then acts like a VPN for the client, so the IP to connect to the server is indeed 26.94.189.5:27016
Even if I go to the LAN page of community browser, the IP there is 26.94.189.5:27016
And trying to ping 192.168.1.106 (my IP) shows nothing.
The problem is: I port searched both my universal IP, Radmin IP (26.94.189.5), and both tests resulted in "Filtered Ports", for 27015-27025 ports.
Now I installed Linux Mint, and I'mma try to connect without even enabling the firewall, if the problem persists then my ISP is the problem, I might call them.
Edit:
Changed to Linux, changed Radmin to Hamachi, because Radmin isn't available for Linux, and now the server won't even show up in the LAN page, maybe I missed some configuration, or Hamachi don't work with CS:GO (Hamachi works with every other LAN game).
Scanned ports and it still shows up as "Filtered' or "Closed, incoming traffic denied". Idk what to do anymore.
