how did you even manage to break the laws of TF2's speed cap?

iirc weapon attributes are capped too.

Anyway, I'll work on the stuff in the TODO in the OP and talk to nergal about the new saxton model.

And another thing I discovered, the cvar controlling the move forward speed for conga taunt isn't capped and can break speed limits(setting to 8k means your sonic speed)
