The default configs are below.

As for sv_full_alltalk 1, I have no idea how to set this - putting it in any of the configs seems to do nothing, it always gets overwritten. I'm sure someone more experienced than me might be able to figure it out. If you're desperate, I wrote a horrible plugin to set sv_full_alltalk 1 after 60 seconds into the round. There must be a better way to set it, but I'm a noob when it comes to sourcepawn.

And it get's overridden after halftime too. Weird... or not. But thanks, I'll try those.

Hey!

Is it possible to make this plugin work on CS:GO Danger Zone mode aswell?

I have tried your plugin, but so far it doesn't work on that mode.
