I want to create a plugin that only works on cs_* maps and makes the game like CSGO hostage maps:

-Defuse kit becomes buy able in cs_ maps.
-Hostage will only follow the CT to be rescued after CT holds E for 10sec (5sec with defuse kit).
One hostage rescued will end the round with CT victory.

Can someone point me to the right direction? I already have AMXX Studio and I can compile plugins successfully, I'm just a bit lost with so many resources available, maybe this plugin already exists?

If I remember correctly it is not possible to buy defuse kit in cs_ maps with the vgui menu because it is disabled and I don't remember there being a way around it.

Edit: It's actually disabled on any map that doesn't start with de_

Maybe it could be a menu that opens with the O, which is the key with which you buy equipment
