I know there is m_bDisabled
but there is one that determines that the obj is active (I don't remember name of it)

1/ Execute sm_dump_netprops "dump_netprops.txt"
2/ Locate game mod directory
3/ Open dump_netprops.txt
4/ Ctrl+F for one of buildable objects
5/ Check it's variables
6/ Stop asking simple things
