I want to create custom game modes based a users selection, for example if a user on my site wants to create a 1v1 server with AWPs only or rifles only the match will be created based off that.

Anyone have an idea how I can do this?

Not quite. For example if I have a website where a player can come and choose a map he wants to play on, I want to send that request to the csgo server and the match will be created based on players selection.

I have an idea of how it can be done but I am open to hear if there is an already existing method.
