I play SA-MP all the time now-a-days. SA-MP is the same as Counter-Strike without the large ass world type map and the random cars, you just implemented some jailbreak type crap.

Your code is a big nothing, he cant do anything else from countdown and colorchats.
I dont care if you are not a "mdl builder" this code won't even work and i am pretty sure you are ignoring my / others peoples messages or you just don't know English and you can't understand what we are saying.
So i will explain it like your are 5 years old : The code you posted is not good, it won't work and it doesn't worth a try, you didn't even check this on your server.

That's completely wrong. COD mods are very popular mods on CS 1.6, why don't people just go play the game themselves?

It's his first plugin, so that doesn't mean that you should start yelling at him.

@H0rSe: Don't release your first plugin. It usually is not coded well and does not work properly. Wait until you get more experience in coding before you start posting plugins.
