Moves those outside the while loop. It not a good thing to create new variables in for/while loops.

I like the idea behind this, but wouldn't this plugin knock out the /stuck plugin that's allready in use and approved?

even if it would, so what, same hapaned to amxmod, a newer and better version came, older version out of use
