Requesting a plug-in that will allow me to set player limits on teams.

Example

sm_playerlimit_enabled "1"
sm_playerlimit_red "5"
sm_playerlimit_blu "27"

On a 32 slot server, the above would allow only five players to join the red team and 27 on the blue team. It would obviously need to disable auto team balance when enabled as well.

This plug-in would be useful for "hunted" style TF2 maps.

it would be useful on servers jail. with an adjustable restriction.
eg.

3 \ 6
4 \ 7
5 \ 10
6 \ 15, etc.
