L4D2 No disconnect on game end

Is there a way to remove client disconnect on game end? A friend told me there was a cvar for it but he doesn't remember what it is. Could someone here tell me? I want it to move on to a different campaign instead.

I just love how everyone completely ignores my question and goes right to everyone elses threads. Thanks for nothing jerks. Every time I have a question about something it wind up being lowest priority compared to everyone else's posts.
