You have to delete the options_0.dat because your option file from previous betas, does not have the value for the scrollspeed.

But you dont want to change the installer so people can set a custom install path at their own discretion. A readme file could of stated to delete the old options file to avoid compatibility issues for manual install.

Future Versions of SPEdit will catch this kind of error and fixing it automaticly. But for the Beta versions...well i was too lazy to do them
