[CSS|REQ] Xmas Skins - ES to SM Port.

I'm trying to convert from ES to SM fully especially with the recent destruction of ES do to valve updates. We run an ES plugin on our server that on certain maps will force all players to see Santa clause skins. The grinch for the T skin and a regular fat jolly old saint nick for the CT skin. I run map configs that load it on the maps I want it on and have es_unload xmas_skins in my server.cfg to make sure it's off on all other maps.

Can some one take a look and port it over to SM for us? I'd really appreciate it. Here's a link to the original ES version of the plugin.
