This THC RPG? Does this <mod> only run with the Sourcemod 1.3.5 ?

I downloaded the Sourcemod 1.3.5 (: And downloaded the THC RPG last release.

I put it on my server, and i follows the guide, but it does not work?

Can someone help me? The Sourcemod Works but, but the THC rpg does not. ? PLZ HELP ME !
