[Request] Map-Specific Commands

Is there a plugin that will change certain cvars depending on what type of map is loaded? For example, I would like to have sv_airaccelerate changed to 99999999 when a surf_ map is loaded. I also want it changed back to 10 when a surf map is not loaded.

Is there any way that I can make a configuration file that will change settings for all maps that start with "surf_"
