I want add a point:

To see the scoreboard on mapchange is important for admins (having a look on the k:d ratios), but for the players as well (who rocked the server, what's my position).

I'm a little sad that no one has pointed out the fact that it's running in Day of Defeat yet. :(

Guenhwyvar: You can still click the Ok button and view the scoreboard. There is a 10 second delay before starting the next round or changing maps.

Guenhwyvar: The winning screen MOTD is based off of a HTML file that you can customize. If there is no HTML file found, there won't be a MOTD displayed.

Also, the scoreboard is no longer forced, because it interferes with the MOTD. So it will be easy to see the final kill if you are not using the MOTD, although it would still be easier with the MOTD because it tells you near the top.
