I have a little and shurely stupid question, but I already parsed the forum and did not found the answer.

How can I load and unload a plugin while the server is running just on the console of steam...

will pause a plugin. I think you have to give it the file name.

But I thought about an plugin which should nearly never run, only once a week for some hours. So it would be fine to find a solution for loading a plugin on an already runing server...

no I don't think we will implement on the fly loading, because plugins often do things like precache which can't be done in the middle of the server' running
