if the sound is not played using this then its not the plugin but the wav file
try to make it a mono, 22KHz or less

It's just the files that you gave in the package that works.. weird
btw, how to make it a mono? im a newbie =)

open the wav file with the windows audio recorder
save as..at the bottom u see a button "change"

now select atributes
kHz / bit / <mono/stereo>

IT MUST BE IN "PCM" FORMAT

maybe the name is a bit different but u must have it (or u havnt installed it with windows)

look into your logs an see if there are any errors
if not show me a mp3 line from your snd-list cfg

Anyone know the command to execute custom sounds to clients from the
server.

spk misc/sound.wav just lets me hear it nobody else.

The clients have downloaded the sounds but I want to execute them with
a command line so they can hear them.

Can you do it from the speech ini file and put a menu command in
or do it from the console in game with admin rights.
